DC Office of the Attorney General
District Covid Cleaning Settlement

If you are a janitorial worker who was subcontracted to work for B&B Solutions (B&B) through one of its subcontractors, MJ Flooring, Ana’s Cleaning, or Compliance Construction Remediation, to provide emergency COVID-19 cleaning services in the District of Columbia from March 20, 2020 to May 2022, you may be eligible for a share of a settlement fund.

You have until June 28, 2024 to apply for a settlement payment.

The Office of the Attorney General of the District of Columbia reached a settlement with B&B and its subcontractors, MJ Flooring, Ana’s Cleaning and Compliance Construction Remediation, over allegations that they violated District wage-and-hour and sick leave laws. As part of the settlement, the companies must pay the affected janitorial workers the wages they are legally owed for their work.
